Tarteel's Annual Graduation Ceremony was held on Saturday the 1st of October to celebrate the achievements of it's students. Students graduated from "Introductory and Advanced Tajweed Levels" as well as graduates from "Sciences of the Qur'an" and "Arabic Grammar".
The day was filled with smiles, reminiscing and strengthening the bonds of sisterhood.
Tarteel was also honoured by the presence of Dr. Mahmoud Hussein at the graduation ceremony and benefitted from his heart-felt reminder about taking Quranic education one-step further to instil the implementation of the Qur'an into people's lives.
We ask Allah SWT to accept from the students their continued dedication and effort in learning the Book of Allah SWT and to make it a means of khair and barakah for themselves, their parents, their offspring and their husbands. May Allah SWT make it a means of elevation of their ranks in Jannah and a means of staying firm upon the correct guidance until we Meet Him, Ameen.

One of our beautiful Tarteel members has been anonymously working on the well project since the year 2018 during the 10 days of Zhul Hijjah
The project started in 2018 and Al7amdulillah is into it's fifth year Be Fadl AllahAlhamdulillah Rab Al3alameen every year we see more support for the project and more people want to contribute.
The year 2018The total collected was $5150 It went to the cause of 7 wells: 3 wells in Bangladesh 3 wells in Pakistan1 well in Kyrgyzstan
The year 2019 The total collected was $7000 and were donated for 3 more costly wells: 1 well in Somalia1 well in Afghanistan 1 well in Bangladesh
The year 2020The total collected was $19,750 and Alhamdulillah were donated for 7 wells as well as a deep well*1 deep well in Ghana1 well in Somalia 1 well in Kyrgyzstan1 well in Pakistan (with special name request)3 wells in Bangladesh (1 with special name request)
The year 2021 The total collected was $11,000 *and Alhamdulillah were donated for 2 wells and an additional deep well and also a community well*1 well in Afghanistan1 well In Bangladesh1 deep well In Ghana1 community well in PakistanWhen we felt the interest, the support and we saw the amazing generosity from year to year, we thought isA we can keep this project as an ongoing project. Then we announced that it will happen at the same time every year, which is during the 10 days of Zhul Hijjah.
A brief about the well project
The aim of the project is that we raise money that allows us to pay for a water well/s that is under the name Tarteel Family Melbourne Australia where it can be a Sadaqah Jareyah on behalf of whoever adds any Sadaqah to it isA.
We will also specify a well under the name of Parents of Tarteel FamilyThe box is to be found on the activity team table all year round, however the centre is currently closed for school holidays.

Don't think any amount is small isA. Whatever amount you give, Allah SWT will bless it InshAllah.The money gets collected on the day before the day of Arafah every year.
